The final realization of the aluminum alloy wheel image defect detection algorithm can detect two kinds of defects, defect points and scratches, and give the defect location and defect type at the same time. On the 300 surface defect image data sets of aluminum alloy wheels, a recall rate of 94% and a prediction accuracy rate of 88% can be achieved for all defect areas.
