First, apply insulating oil to the part that needs to be insulated, and this part will not be electroplated during electroplating, so as to achieve the insulation effect! Of course, the part coated with insulating oil will turn black, so it is not suitable for appearance.
Secondly, use special adhesive tape to protect the parts that need to be electroplated, and achieve the same insulation effect.
2. Vacuum ion plating. Vacuum plating mainly includes vacuum evaporation, sputtering and ion plating. They are all used to deposit various metals and non-metals on the surface of plastic parts by distillation or sputtering under vacuum conditions. Metal thin film, in this way, a very thin surface coating can be obtained, and at the same time it has the outstanding advantages of fast speed and good adhesion, but the price is also higher, and there are fewer types of metals that can be operated.
